The power of collaboration, elevated

Viasat’s skills-based volunteering program joins community partners and employees to maximize positive and sustainable impact.

Putting our mission + values into practice

We're driven by always finding a better way to bring connectivity where it's needed most – so people can reach their potential, no matter where they live, work, or go. Viasat’s skills-based volunteering program empowers our employees to live this vision and optimize our positive impact in the world by contributing expertise that helps others build their own better way.

Collaborating for greater impact

Growing skills

We connect our employees with meaningful opportunities to bring valuable skills to the communities and organizations we support, while developing valuable expertise.

Building vital capacity

We empower community organizations with the capacity to achieve long-term success and provide them with the skills and resources they need to fulfill their missions.

Creating authentic partnerships

We listen to what organizations and communities need and collaborate in an authentic way to bring the best outcomes for all.
